I’m an independent property advisor who acts for New Zealand & Australian Tenants, Retailers, Franchises, Hospitality, Service Providers, Business Owners.

  • Property transaction structuring expertise delivering significant portfolio sale and leaseback transactions.

As a property advisor, I take a holistic approach to minimise costs and risks for tenant clients. I work with a range of businesses and franchises looking to grow and expand their sites and reach their full potential.

My passion for property was born out of my family’s dining room. When my Father’s boatbuilding business was forced to relocate, my parents became accidental landlords. We spent a lot of time at the dining table discussing the resulting property issues. I saw first-hand the downside when a leasing deal didn’t work out. That was the lightbulb moment for me. No more bad property deals. So, I went to University to gain the qualifications I needed to help my parents.

Since then, I’ve spent the last few decades helping businesses grow through sourcing premises, negotiating leases and acquisitions, redeveloping property to align with business needs and prospering through proactive lease management.

Ultimately, the property sector is where my passions and interests intersect – I love the intellectual challenges involved. Being able to craft a strategy to meet client needs in a property deal, and then to see their businesses succeed and thrive long-term is extremely fulfilling.

Amanda

Amanda Bosch is an Interior Designer providing bespoke interior design and project management services for clients across New Zealand.

Amanda’s goal is to work with the clients to develop ideas, solve problems and tailorise a solution that satisfies her clients’ needs.

Amanda’s belief is that the design process should be collaborative and transparent.  Communication between the designer and the client at all stages of the design process is the key to a successful outcome.

With a focus on quality and attention to detail Amanda creates interiors that are not only functional, but carefully considered, researched and executed with a timeless, enduring style.

Corinne

Corinne has over 15 years’ experience rolling out retail premises in New Zealand.

Corinne is pragmatic and practical in the planning and execution of multifaceted projects, utilising good old common sense, backed up by analytics, and combined with an innovative and creative flair when it comes to the planning, design, scope of works, procurement and project management of retail and industrial premises fitouts. 

Corinne is outstanding at coordinating people and tasks to timeframes, communicating and engaging with stakeholders and suppliers, facing challenges with kiwi ingenuity and sound judgment, mitigating risks before they surface.
